Min Oh
I'm Min Oh.
Thirty years building things at the intersection of process engineering and software. PhD in chemical engineering from Imperial College London. Simulation, optimization, modeling, AI, and ontology — five sides of one craft.
These days I lead the development of an ontology-driven AI platform spanning the full plant lifecycle — from front-end engineering and design (FEED) to autonomous digital twin (ADT) operations — for chemical and power plants.
Four principles
Be simple. Complexity is almost always a failure of thought.
Don't fear. Most decisions are reversible. Most fears aren't real.
Ask. The answer is rarely where you assume it is.
Act. Plans without action are well-organized regret.
